With decades of experience, Amy and her team bring a unique approach to helping individuals overcome overwhelming events, relationship distress, and compulsive behavior. They use a variety of techniques, including neurofeedback, the Safe & Sound Protocol, and somatics, to engage and calm the nervous system. Located in Pittsburgh, PA, Social Emotional Change provides a supportive environment for individuals to explore their strengths and struggles, and work towards achieving ease and peace. They can work with clients' existing psychotherapists to coordinate care, or provide in-house services. Amy's work is informed by her expertise in bodywork, movement therapy, group facilitation, and psychotherapy, and is tailored to each individual's needs and boundaries.
