About
Amy believes that everyone should have a good counselor in their pocket, just like their doctor or dentist, and that mental health is just as important as other aspects of life. She offers a holistic approach to mental wellness, integrating evidence-based modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with solution-focused goals. Amy's expertise includes anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and supporting women's issues and the LGBTQIA+ community. She also has a strong understanding of neurodivergence and its presentation. Amy is open to consultation on any case and may incorporate integrative and functional nutrition into sessions. She welcomes individuals of all ages, but particularly enjoys working with emerging adults and those in the LGBTQIA+ community.
