About
Amy specializes in helping women and teen girls heal from childhood emotional wounds, birth trauma, narcissistic abuse, grief, emotional eating, anxiety, depression, and historical trauma. Her approach combines EMDR, somatic therapy, mindfulness, attachment healing, nervous system regulation, and inner child work to create meaningful, lasting change. At MindOasis Counseling, therapy is a warm and non-judgmental journey toward better understanding oneself, exploring thoughts and feelings in a safe space, and working through unresolved emotional pain. Amy's goal is to help clients reconnect with their authentic selves, build self-trust, emotional safety, and resilience, and develop practical coping skills and stronger boundaries. With a warm and emotionally attuned perspective, Amy supports her clients in navigating their healing journey and rediscovering their inner strength.
