As a cancer survivor, Amy is purpose-driven to provide mental health services to survivors and their caregivers/families. She uses various approaches to treatment, including psychodynamic understanding, CBT/DBT/ACT, and mindset work, to support her clients' goals. Amy's approach is solution-focused and strengths-based, emphasizing humility, compassion, empathy, and humor to empower her clients and help them feel in control of their emotions and behavior.
