Amanda specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD, and works with older teen, young adult, and adult clients. Her therapeutic approach includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), internal family systems (IFS), and accelerated resolution therapy (ART). Amanda is available to answer questions and chat via email, text, or phone consult, and encourages clients to reach out to see if they're a good fit for working together.
