With nearly two decades of training and experience, she has cultivated an eclectic treatment that combines individual counseling, trauma retreat intensives, and gut health and nutrition. Huffman's approach is holistic and integrative, incorporating evidence-based treatments and the latest research in mind and body therapies. She has a passion for learning and helping others, and is dedicated to providing a non-judgmental space for her clients to explore their struggles and challenges. Huffman's experience includes working with trauma, mood disorders, and family conflict, and she is trained in a variety of modalities, including Somatic Experiencing, Neuro Affective Relational Model (NARM), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She is also a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and has a Master's degree in Social Work and Divinity. Huffman's goal is to help her clients live from a place of ease and flow in their bodies, and to provide them with the tools and support they need to achieve their full potential.
