About
Founded in 2017, the group was created to address the needs of teens and young adults seeking therapy for anxiety and depression. As they have grown, their services and specialties have continued to evolve to support the mental health needs of their clients and families. They offer a range of therapeutic services, including perinatal mental health, counseling for infertility, pregnancy, and postpartum support, anxiety, trauma, OCD, ADHD, and depression in adolescents and young adults. Project Thrive CT is an ANTI-RACIST & LGBTQ+ affirming practice, welcoming all individuals and families. Their team of Licensed Social Workers and Professional Counselors use a unique style and approach to help clients achieve their goals and thrive. They offer individual and family sessions, traditional talk therapy, and additional focus on nature, expressive arts, movement, and mindfulness.
