Aly's approach to therapy is grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed care and focuses on creating a safe space for clients to explore their internal patterns, process difficult experiences, and express themselves authentically. She works primarily with individuals navigating trauma, identity shifts, relationship wounds, and life transitions. Aly integrates various modalities, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, to help clients access and heal from deeper wounds. With a holistic and parts-informed approach, Aly aims to help clients find their own inner capacity to heal and make sense of their experiences in a way that creates lasting change.
