ALMA Family Services

With a 'whatever it takes' tradition of culturally competent services, Alma meets clients' needs in their homes and various settings. They offer eight interdisciplinary mental health outpatient office locations across cities like Long Beach, Walnut, Pico Rivera, El Monte, and East Los Angeles, serving all age ranges, including those with substance abuse. Additionally, Alma provides mental health services integrated within community health facilities and domestic violence programs in the East Los Angeles and San Gabriel communities. Their services include Child and Family Development programs, such as the Child Abuse Prevention – Early Intervention Program, Preschool Center, and Aquatics Center, catering to children, adolescents, adults, and older adults with special needs. Alma Family Services also offers a wide range of Youth Development Services, focusing on 'Youth at the Crossroads' since 2009, to prevent gang involvement. By providing empowerment, advocacy, and support, Alma aims to improve the quality of life for families and individuals with various needs.
