Allyse specializes in working with preteens, adolescents, and adults to develop strategies and skills for sustainable progress toward living a full and rewarding life. She is intensively trained in DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and fully trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing). The practice focuses on treating depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and the effects of traumatic experiences. Allyse is particularly well-suited to work with clients who are transitioning back into their home and community following hospitalization and/or longer-term care for psychiatric stabilization.
