Ally has a passion for supporting college students and young adults as they navigate life transitions, stress, trauma, anxiety, and depression. She aims to destigmatize sex and related topics, and provides a space for individuals to feel heard, understood, and seen. Ally currently sees clients in her office and via telehealth through Catalyst Mental Health.
