Allison operates from a foundational understanding that we are all connected in a myriad of ways, and she believes that we are living in a toxic culture that has severed us from our roots and our innate and intuitive ways of knowing and being in the world. She has studied and been trained in various approaches, including somatic awareness, meditation, harm reduction, trauma-focused CBT, depth psychology, and ecotherapy.
