With a background in psychology and a personal experience of raising a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Allison brings a unique understanding and empathy to her work with neurodivergent individuals and their families. Her practice is based on Structural Family Therapy, a strength-based approach that considers the context and relationships within a family. By working together to make small adjustments, Allison helps her clients achieve positive changes and move forward in a positive direction. She is passionate about helping individuals and families discover their strengths and gifts, even when they may not fit within traditional boundaries.
