Mental Wellness & Relationship Services (MWRS) provides counseling, equine-assisted therapy, and psychiatric medication management to individuals, couples, and families across North Idaho from their offices in Coeur d'Alene, Priest River, Ponderay, and Oldtown — with telehealth available statewide. Their team includes counselors, social workers, marriage and family therapists, and nurse practitioners working together to provide steady, human-sized mental health care.
