Located on Marsh Road in Okemos, MI, the practice provides a client-centered and strength-based approach to meet clients where they are at and help them reach their goals. Allison specializes in depression, mood disorders, anxiety, adjustment to life changes, parenting, peer/relationship struggles, and family conflict. She is comfortable working with clients who are LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, and/or disabled. The practice includes a variety of toys, games, art supplies, and sensory materials to facilitate the therapeutic experience. Telehealth services are also available for clients aged 7 and above. Allison uses a client-centered and strength-based approach, incorporating techniques such as Motivational Interviewing and Play Therapy. The practice is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.
