They utilize play therapy for young clients, which helps them process their world and experiences. For adults, Alexis employs various methods, including EMDR, and addresses concerns in a loving and supportive manner. The practice is inclusive of all populations and people, and Alexis is honored to walk the healing path with clients and their families.
