About
She addresses a wide variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, substance use/addiction, self-esteem, impulsivity, neurodivergence, self-harm and/or suicidal thoughts, grief, life transitions, attachment, complex and single event trauma, identity exploration/stress, and systemic/collective trauma. Alexis provides highly collaborative, identity-affirming, and consent-based therapy using trauma-informed approaches for teens and adults, and Child-Centered Play Therapy for kids. Her approach is depathologizing, intersectional, trauma-informed, and honors the impact of systemic stressors. She uses bottom-up and experiential approaches like somatics, IFS parts work, and EMDR to help individuals find their growth edge and balance humor, trust, and accountability.
