With experience in concerns of Relational Distress, Depression, Anxiety, Grief and Loss, trauma, Teen and Parenting Issues, Alex provides a highly relational space where clients can feel deeply understood. He helps individuals and couples navigate issues such as relationship problems, people-pleasing, performance-based worth, perfectionism, unexpressed rage, and unwanted habits. Alex's approach is centered around the idea that we are formed, broken, and healed within relationship. He is a licensed clinical professional counselor with an MA in counseling (License #03040) and has completed training and supervision for Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples.
