At Ability Building Services, Inc., we are a private not-for-profit community agency dedicated to providing pre-vocational activities, vocational training, residential training, and other supports and services to those with developmental disabilities. Our agency is governed by a local Board of Directors and certified by the State of South Dakota Department of Human Services, Division of Developmental Disabilities, The South Dakota Department of Education and the Council on Quality and Leadership, ensuring we meet all established standards. We believe in building and empowering those with developmental disabilities, providing them with the resources and tools they need to excel in their goals.
