Services & specialties
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy helps get to the very root of your psychological issues. Those who struggle with mental illness, effective communication, or managing relationships will benefit from individual therapy.
Family Therapy
Those who have struggles connecting with a parent, those who are blending divorced or stepfamilies, or who have lost a sibling/child can find peace from family therapy.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Looking for a group or service that can give you tools to manage your symptoms while out in the real world? Meeting with peers and licensed therapists in Intensive Outpatient Programs can help you manage mild to moderate symptoms around your schedule.
Couples Counseling
Many relationships experience challenges. Whether you are newly married, cohabitating, or have been together for over a decade, Red Willow has therapists that can help. Develop better communication skills, learn about showing compassion, and build better respect for your partner with couples counseling.
Alcohol and Drug Assessment
Drug and alcohol assessments are important to determine if you have a substance addiction, if mental health plays a role in your early substance use, and helps to plan for potential therapy.
Group Therapy and Workshops
Peer support can be helpful for some who are struggling. Teens or even adults who experience paranoia, mental health, or who have experienced trauma may learn skills and insight from working in a group.
