Founded in 2010 by Board Certified Behavior Analyst and mother of a child with autism, Marcela Nunez, Innovative Autism Services (IAS) offers exceptional services for children on the autism spectrum. Marcela is a certified Special Education teacher and holds a Master’s Degree in Behavioral Disorders from Columbia University’s Teacher’s College. With nearly two decades of experience providing services in public school districts, agencies, and private families, Marcela and her husband, Nathan, opened IAS to address their son, Ian’s, unique needs. Marcela’s experience as both a clinician and mother informs the culture and methodologies at IAS, providing parents and their families with the understanding and support necessary to help their child have better days and reach their full potential.
