About Youth'n Action

Youth’n Action is your go-to fitness center for children and young adults with Gross Motor delays. Our adaptive fitness program is designed to help those with Autism, amputations, Traumatic Brain Injuries, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Muscular Dystrophy, ADD/ADHD, developmental delays, blindness, deafness, paralysis, fragile X Syndrome, Intellectual Disabilities, Prader-Willi Syndrome, obesity, and more. Our team of experienced professionals are dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment to achieve your fitness goals.
