VersAbility Resources is a 501c3, tax-exempt organization founded in 1953 that provides a range of services to over 1,700 people with disabilities and their families in the Hampton, Newport News, Poquoson, York County, and the 10 counties on the Middle Peninsula and Northern Neck. Our services range from coordinating developmental therapies for children to providing employment opportunities through our four diverse employment programs, government contracts, and successful business partnerships. Adults with disabilities who participate in our employment programs earn millions in wages and benefits annually, and we are a major service provider, as well as a major business and employer in the community. We also host two annual signature events – The Ability Am Golf Tournament in May and a Fall Gala in October – and your donations help us to continue our mission of helping people with disabilities of all ages live, work, and thrive in our community.
