The PEAL Center has been dedicated to serving families and professionals in Pennsylvania since 2005. Our mission is to empower individuals with disabilities and special healthcare needs to understand their rights and advocate for themselves. We do this by providing no-cost services, such as inclusion in home schools, access to physical and behavioral healthcare, and guidance through our guiding values. Our services are funded by private donations, as well as federal, state and private grants. Our unwavering commitment to inclusion is what sets us apart.
