The ELIJA Foundation is a 501c(3) not-for-profit organization that provides educational opportunities for those with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) on Long Island, New York. Since 2002, the Foundation has been empowering families and professionals with the most advanced treatment and educational strategies that maximize the potential of those affected by Autism. In 2006, The ELIJA School opened its doors to extend the mission of the Foundation. The Foundation organizes workshops that give the community access to local and nationally recognized Autism professionals who present topics which will allow those with Autism to more fully participate in their families, communities, and educational settings. The ELIJA Foundation strives to provide the most comprehensive information available that is geared towards improving the lives of persons with Autism and their families.
