About The Arc of Union County

The Arc of Union County is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Springfield, NJ committed to providing support and empowerment services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as their families. Our programs serve more than 1,000 adults and children from Union County and surrounding Northern and Central NJ counties. We are affiliated with The Arc of New Jersey and The Arc of the United States, and our programs are licensed by the New Jersey State Departments of Health and Human Services. The Arc Kohler School is approved by the New Jersey Department of Education and we also hold distinguished accreditations from CARF, a nationally recognized authority.
