Sunrise Children’s Services, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Pikeville, Kentucky that has been providing care and hope to families and children in need since 1869. Sunrise is affiliated with Kentucky Baptists and offers a range of services including therapeutic foster care, residential therapeutic treatment, and community-based services. Sunrise is also licensed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky as a Behavioral Health Services Organization (BHSO). With a Christ-centered approach, Sunrise Children’s Services strives to make a difference in the lives of hurting families and children.
