Steven L Goldstein Esq., is dedicated to providing specialized legal advice and representation to families of children with special needs and learning differences in New York. We help parents make sure their school districts and early intervention programs provide their children with the appropriate educational and related services they need. These services include, but are not limited to, placements in general education programs with support, placements in private special education schools, tutoring, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, counseling, and transportation to and from school. Additionally, we assist parents in advocating for their children and making sure their school districts accommodate their learning differences.
