The Sonoran UCEDD is a University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities in Arizona, established in 2006 with a grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Our mission is to ensure that individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities have the necessary supports to fully participate in the life of our community. We strive to address health, wellness, competent treatment, aging caregiver, employment, and border region service needs for adults and youth with developmental disabilities. Our center is committed to providing the highest quality of care and supports to those with intellectual and developmental disabilities, so they can lead meaningful, productive lives.
