Partners Resource Network | PEN Project is one of four federally funded Parent Training and Information Centers (PTI) supporting Texas families with children and youth who have disabilities between the ages of 0-26. Our Regional Coordinators are here to help parents better understand their child’s disability and their rights and responsibilities under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). We can also provide resources and services to help families evaluate and obtain resources and services for their child, and help them fully participate in planning services for their child. Our ESC regions served include 9, 12, 14-19.
