Welcome to North Florida Counseling and Assessment Inc. (NFACI)! Established in 2005 by Susan Kurner LCSW, we provide seniors in the Alachua County and surrounding 11 counties with counseling services in the comfort of their own home. Our team of experienced and licensed clinical social workers (LCSW) are HIPAA-compliant and insured, and offer our clients little to no out-of-pocket costs. Our services extend beyond Alachua County, to Jacksonville, Alachua and Marion Counties, and other counties on a case-by-case basis with potential additional fees for fuel costs. At NFACI, we strive to put our clients first, making sure they are receiving the appropriate care they need.
