MedCamps of Louisiana is a non-profit organization that provides free, one-week summer camps for children in Louisiana with physical and mental disabilities. Our camps are designed to foster a sense of belonging and accomplishment, and to help children with disabilities reach their full potential. We provide camps for children with spina bifida, orthopedic conditions, cerebral palsy, asthma, sickle cell anemia, autism, epilepsy, visual impairment, hearing impairment, speech impairment, and developmental disabilities. At MedCamps, we create a safe and supportive environment where campers can gain confidence, make friends, and have fun.
