We provide competent, cost-effective Occupational Health services to employers and employees in Arizona. Our core principals and Dr. OHayres philosophy of fitting the applicant to the job makes MBI the only facility in the state dedicated solely to Occupational Health. Our team of highly qualified professionals is committed to delivering the highest quality of care and treatment, to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients. We strive to create a supportive, healthy workplace environment for everyone.
