Matan White, MD

Dr. Matan White is a board-certified general psychiatrist certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. After training at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, she started a women’s mental health practice specializing in peripartum mood and anxiety disorders. Dr. White is passionate about providing quality care and is dedicated to helping women find competent, skilled mental health care during the peripartum and perimenopausal seasons of life. She offers individualized and collaborative care, utilizing both psychodynamic psychotherapy and medication management. She has been recognized three years in a row by her peers in the TEXAS MONTHLY list of Super Doctors® Rising Stars℠ and was voted as one of the D Magazine Best Psychiatrists in Dallas. Additionally, she serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at UT Southwestern, mentoring and teaching medical students and residents.
