About Kennedy Krieger LEAP Program

The Kennedy Krieger LEAP Program is dedicated to providing specialized autism education and support services to promote independence and life skills development in students with autism and pervasive behavioral challenges. Our nonpublic special education day program is approved by the Maryland State Department of Education and is designed to help students participate more fully in school, community, workplace, and home life. Our mission is to empower our students and equip them with the tools they need to achieve their goals. We strive to create an environment where students feel supported and safe to explore opportunities for personal and professional growth.
