First Children Services is a combination of three organizations: First Children, LLC, First Children Learning Services, LLC, and Regional Enrichment and Learning Center, LLC. Our mission is to provide Life Changing Outcomes for Exceptional Kids through a range of home, school, and center-based therapeutic and educational services for children and families in New Jersey and Southeastern Pennsylvania. Founded by Joseph J. Hess, Jr., our family-owned and operated organization is supported by a team of experienced and committed professionals, including a cadre of world-class advisors. With over 70 school districts served, FCS touches the lives of more than 1000 children and families, employing nearly 200 teachers, therapists, paraprofessionals, and support staff. We are approved by the New Jersey Department of Children and Families and in network with Medicaid and most major insurance companies in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Our five locations are based in Fanwood, NJ, Cherry Hill, NJ, Roselle Park, NJ, Montgomeryville, PA, and Pottstown, PA.
