Explore to Heal

Explore to Heal is an innovative communication-based group counseling program that utilizes interpersonal skills to help individuals form healthier relationships with themselves and others, while leveraging social support to improve their mental health. Our program is designed to assist individuals in taking a journey of self-discovery to heal their emotional distress and strengthen their interpersonal relationships. We use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to guide our clients to a greater understanding of themselves and how to make positive changes in their lives. Our team of experienced counselors and therapists are trained to support individuals in understanding their emotions and behaviors, and in developing skills to manage stress and anxiety. Our mission is to provide quality mental health care and to help individuals find the courage to explore and heal.
