The Emory Autism Center (EAC) is a public, private and university collaboration, part of the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Emory University School of Medicine and the Emory Brain Health Center. Since 1991, our mission has been to improve the quality of life of those we serve, and to provide education, clinical, medical and community-based support to individuals with autism, from 15 months through adulthood. We strive to provide family members with guidance, train educators and professionals on how to best support children and adults with ASD, and promote learning experiences in the community to create an inclusive society that values each individual’s strengths. As a result, EAC has become a nationally recognized model for providing comprehensive care for those on the autism spectrum.
