Dr. Julie Cajolet | Eckhardt

Dr. Julie Cajolet-Eckhardt is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Sport Psychology specializing in the treatment of adults, adolescents and families for over 15 years. She utilizes Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Strategies, Attachment and Relationship Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Interventions to treat individuals over 16 years old with emotional problems. Dr. Cajolet-Eckhardt is passionate about helping individuals and families work together to discover what is driving behavior to promote long-term change and facilitate personal growth, unity and transformation. She also uses a team approach to collaborate with other providers to ensure the best services are given to her clients.
