Our services include residential care, day programs, social enterprises that employ individuals with disabilities, high school transition programs and respite and medically fragile adult programs. Through person-centered and natural support, we work with individuals and their families to create individualized plans tailored to their unique needs. We also collaborate with local community partners to increase accessibility to services and resources.
