My personal approach: I especially respect the individual uniqueness of each person who becomes my client. There are no clones in my office. My expectations for you are not based on standardized universal norms for what to think, what to do, and how to feel. With respect and honoring your unique situation I work with clients to better understand areas of their own life situation and set their own personal goals for change. We will explore things that are holding you back and discover your own strengths and resources to help make the change.
