Regina Ambs

I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Michigan and New Jersey. I have over 12 years experience in working with children, adults, families and individuals (including the LGBT community) seeking support on a variety of levels. A few of my preferred theoretical approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solutions Based Counseling. However, I have found that tailoring a treatment plan to the specific needs and concerns of each person is important for progress. I have experience in working with clients in the areas of anxiety, depression, transitional life challenges, family systems and relational concepts.
