Do you feel stuck? Like nothing will ever get better? People tell you to just get over it? It is okay to ask for help and speak to a therapist. I come from a culture that promotes courage, creativity, and communication that has helped me overcome challenges I have experienced. I have seen success with clients experiencing various challenges some of which include: trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and emotional distress. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) interventions to promote good emotional health.I also utilize Solution-focused therapy interventions which focus on a person’s present and future circumstances and goals. My goal is to guide you in achieving wellness and balance in mental health. Whether it’s working on relationships, adjusting to life and unforeseen circumstances, or learning skills to cope effectively with anxiety, depression, or any number of mental health symptoms. My goal for my clients include reducing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma improving overall well-being, and promoting personal growth and resilience.
