About Jodi Warthen

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in Idaho with over 10 years of working with families and over 7 years of working with veterans at the VAMC. I help families with trauma and parenting issues with children that are at risk for drug use and mental disorders. I also have worked extensively with individuals suffering from PTSD and trauma. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. I am a solution focused therapist and my goal is to not dwell on the past but find ways to make the future better and move past the trauma. Techniques I use are motivational interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, and mindfulness to name a few. I am excited to help you on your journey to self-discovery and to assist you with being able to move forward and past the bad things that have happened in your life. I look forward to working with you!
