Hello – I am a licensed therapist (she/her/hers) in Minnesota with 40 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, parenting issues, life changes & depression. I specialize in women’s issues. I am deeply committed to my work and my clients and want to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Setting goals and a finding a path forward can help the healing process and allow for both reflection and action steps. Taking the first step to reach out for help and support takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. I am available for 45 minute sessions on Mondays and Thursdays day hours.
