My philosophy is that life is a journey and we can be thrown unexpected difficulties and challenges during the ride. Many times we just need a little help during tough times to successfully move forward. I work with individuals, couples, and children. I provide an empathetic non-judgmental environment for clients to feel safe and comfortable while working towards their goals. I have worked with clients on many different complicated issues and relational difficulties. My areas of specialty include, anxiety and depression, couples and communicational problems, infidelity, self-esteem issues, compulsive overeating, adolescent behavioral problems, and LGBTQ challenges. I am very passionate about my career and genuinely enjoy helping clients uncover their strengths and resources to reach their goals to live happier and healthier lives. I work with clients of all different ethnic and economic backgrounds.
