About Daniella Fernandez

I am a marriage and family therapist licensed in Washington with over 13 years of counseling experience. I have worked with individuals, couples, and families on a wide range of issues, including stress and anxiety, depression, self-esteem, major life changes and adjustments, grief and loss, guilt and shame, coping with substance abuse, relationship issues, & parenting challenges. I strive to support each client on their journey toward self-discovery and personal growth by providing a safe, supportive, and collaborative counseling environment. I place great value on personal choice, individuality, and respect in the counseling relationship and believe that clients are the experts of their own experience. My role is to support each client in finding their own path toward balance and wellness and offer guidance and clinical reflections along the way.
