I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey with over 20 years of experience working with a diverse population. Clients I have worked with have dealt with a variety of issues, including: depression, anxiety, stress, addictions, and grief and loss issues. Helping clients achieve their personal goals is my priority. My approach is meeting the client where they are at and developing realistic and achievable goals to improve daily living. Utilizing skills from Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) theories, we will build a relationship focusing on your individual needs.
