Andrea Schmidt

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida. I have my Masters degree of Science in Mental Health Counseling. I have over 10 years of experience as a therapist. I have experience working with many types of clients with the following concerns: depression, anxiety, addictions, ADHD, parenting concerns, mood disorders, and others. I am an empathetic and caring person and believe that we all need someone to talk to so we can work on ourselves and become better people. Sometimes we need some help to figure out the solutions to our problems and difficulties that life presents to all of us. My therapeutic approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused, and client centered therapy. It takes strength to get help and I will give you all the support you need.
