I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 30 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of issues including, depression, stress and anxiety, OCD, relationship and family issues, as well as parenting issues. I create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I am here to support you in that process. My therapy style is warm and interactive. Developing a trusting relationship is key to the therapeutic relationship. Having that authentic trusting relationship is the foundation of therapy.
